Shipping Policy

At It Girl Luxury Extensions, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure your luxury hair arrives ready for your It Girl experience. ✨

Please review our processing and shipping timeframes before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.

Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped and generally require an additional 2-6 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping carrier, destination and shipping you paid for. 

Please allow approximately 6–10 business days total for processing and estimated transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit updates and delivery scans are managed by the carrier.

ORDER EARLY FOR APPOINTMENTS & EVENTS

If you are purchasing hair for an appointment, birthday, vacation, photoshoot, wedding, or other special event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Please do not schedule a hair appointment based solely on an estimated delivery date. We recommend waiting until your order is physically in your possession before scheduling time-sensitive services whenever possible.

It Girl Luxury Extensions is not responsible for missed appointments, events, or other expenses resulting from carrier delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work diligently to process orders within our stated timeframe, unexpected carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Once an order has been shipped within our stated processing timeframe, carrier delays do not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or refund.

If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

• Full name

• Street address and apartment/unit number

• City, state, and ZIP code

• Email address

• Phone number

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.

If a package is returned to It Girl Luxury Extensions because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, any reported loss, damage, or delivery issue may require a carrier investigation or claim.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier.

Please contact us promptly if additional assistance is needed. Refunds or replacements are not automatically issued solely because tracking shows delivered; each eligible claim will be reviewed based on the circumstances and available shipping documentation.

Weekends and holidays are excluded.” That makes the timeline much harder for customers to overlook before purchasing.
